The diagrams below show the existing ground floor plan of a house and a proposed plan for some building work.
Summarise the information by selecting and reporting the main features and make comparisons where relevant.
The diagrams highlight the differences between the current house's design and the other suggested design.
Overall, it can be seen that there are some changes in the ground floor, namely the stairs and the internal door. Otherwise, the kitchen and the living are unchanged.
There are two entrance doors at the present. One leading to the kitchen and the other to the hall which separates the two main rooms. To connect the living room directly to the entrance and stairs, a wall inside the room will be removed, according to the plan. The house's stairs will be moved to the north side, which is divided from the kitchen by another inside wall.
Another change is the placement of a double internal door, on the left-hand side of the entrance door, that connects the living room and kitchen. The kitchen will also include some furniture to accommodate dining and cooking.
