The flowchart demonstrates the process of producing colored plastic paper clips in a small factory. Overall, there are five steps involved in this process starting from molting the plastic to packing and dispatching the colored plastic clips.
To begin, in first step, the molten plastic is poured into three different mould distinguished by three colors that are red, blue and yellow color moulds. In second step, machine then check the moulds for strength in a quality control system. Also machine can reject any defective piece too in this procedure at the same time. In third step, the moulds are classified manually in two categories by workers, mixed colors in one group and single colors in other group. In the next step, machine again check color mixed and singles moulds in quality control process to make sure that they are put into correct groups. Followed by which they are packed and dispatched to market in the fifth step.
