Overall, it is clear that the proportion of three modes of transportation fluctuates, while trucks make up the largest share, followed by taxis and buses.
In 1970, the most vehicles registered were trucks, taxis, and buses, which accounted for 25% and 5%, respectively. Taxi and bus costs remained the same when they increased substantially in 1980. During the following years, 1990 to 2010 witnessed a dramatic decrease in the percentage of buses. Meanwhile, the proportion of taxis had a fluctuation and reached a peak of 35%.
By contrast, trucks experienced a decrease of close to 30% in 1980, making them second in terms of sales. The rate started an upward trend in 1990 just above 30%. And at the end of the period, the proportion of vehicle registrations grew considerably, to approximately 45%.
