It has clear from the diagram that the unemployment rate among females are decreasing almost all parts of the UK except Scotland. In England accounted for almost 6.8% bankruptcy among women followed by Scotland (6.1%) and Northern Ireland (5.6%) in 2013. Wales had a decent statistics, where only 5.4% of ladies are unemployed at the same time. Likewise, in 2014 also the same trend continues despite some fluctuations in the rate.
Majority of the areas in the UK managed to reduce their unemployment rate to some percentage, even though some only managed to make slight reduction. Northern Ireland made almost 1% percentage improvement in the employment status of woman from 5.6% to 4.6%. Whereas England and Wales achieved a slight improvement in the figure by 0.3% and 0.5% respectively. On the contrary against all the odds Scotland's bankruptcy rate showed an gradual increase of 0.6%.
In conclusion, almost every parts of the United kingdom managed to achieve some success in improving the life of working women. Scotland's rate may be because of some special conditions prevailing in that area.
