According to the graph the peak point collection from total waste was 86.9 million tons with 50% recycling on 2011, and the break point waste recovery on 1960 it was 5.6 million tons with 6.4% recycled. There is slight increasing in recycling process and rubbish recovery in ten years ago (from 1975 to 1980), and sharp increasing from 1990 to 2011
In conclusion, the recycling process and waste amount recovery have a significant increasing in last twenty years ago from 1990 to 2011 and the suggested reason was the technology development in USA.
