Write a report for a university lecturer describing the information below.
Presented is the bar chart and line graph illustrating the investment of UAE on health and education in three given years, and the rate of lifespan and death in newborn babies in between 1970 and 1992.
Overall, it transparent from the bar chart that the attention of the government always focused on education more than health problems. It is also noticeable in the line graph that the proportion of infant mortality witnessed a downward trend; the opposite was true for the other.
First of all, we can see that the expense on education was accounted for the lion ‘share at near 15% in 1993. It was slightly rise in comparison with itself in 1990 for 11%, and almost near 1,5 times higher than in 1985. On the other hand, in terms of health had upward trend in the period from 1990 to 1995 with near 7% and 10%, respectively, at which point this figure in 1985 was small fell to near 2% in 1990.
In regarding to the lifespan and infant mortality, after the rate of infant mortality was higher than life expectancy in the first year of the research timescale, regardless of a decline from 70% to 20% in some next years. In contrast, a reverse pattern was detected in terms of the figures for the two changes, which accompanied an small increase of life span, and a strongly decline of the baby death rate accounted for 10% and 50%, respectively.
