One of the current environmental problems of the planet is worldwide land degradation. All the processes that change the condition of the soil, worsen its functions and lead to a loss of fertility, are the causes of this degradation. There are 3 main types of degradation at the moment. First and main factor, that occur around the world is over-grazing. This reason is 35% of alternations of soil. Second big cause is a deforestation. This kind of human activity violates the Earth ecosystem since ancient times. If all this continues, then soon there will be no place on earth suitable for life. Moreover, forest fires lead to the depletion and destruction of the earth.
Besides a significant contribution to the degradation of soil is made by traditional management of agricultural work. It is caused by the use of large heavy equipment, increasing of the size cultivated fields the number of pesticides. If we observe this degradation problem by region, for example in North America, Europe and Oceania, we can notice that more worse picture observed in Europe in all 3 main features of soil changing. However, dramatically over-grazing is noticed in Oceania, about 11,3%, twice bigger than in Europe and approximately in ten bigger that in North America.
In conclusion, it need to mark that degradation of soil happen worldwide, so we must to save our Earth from exceedingly human activities.
