The table below gives information about the underground railway systems in six cities.

Summarise the information by selecting and reporting the main features, and make comparisons where relevant.

The table compares three different categories of information belonging to the underground stations in six following cities, which are London, Paris, Tokyo, Washington DC, Kyoto along with Los Angeles.
It is clear that the capital of UK possesses by far the oldest underground station as well as the longest railroad. The underground system that sees the most considerable number of passengers in each year is located in Tokyo, however.
In 1863, London underground railways system was opened with 394 kilometres of route, which is almost well over twice as high as that for any other cities’ underground stations. Interestingly, despite ranked fifth among six surveyed cities with regard to the length of railway, Tokyo underground station sees the largest quantity of passengers passing per year, at roughly 1927 million people. Noticeably, the statistics relating to Paris underground railways system is ranked second with respect to every aspect of information, from date opened to the length of route to the number of customers per year. Since 1975, the other three underground stations have been operated in Washington DC, Kyoto and L.A., receiving average 144 million, 45 million and 50 million passengers in each year respectively.
