The table illustrates the balanced of the population of elders in three European counties, in the year 1988, 2000 and 2030.
Overall, it is clear that in 1988, the elder population were least in percentage. However, in 2030 the prediction in a change of population rose rapidly.
At the beginning of the period, above aged population decreased in all three countries, Canada with 16.32%, Germany at 20.45%, and UK 14.23% respectively. Furthermore, in 2000, the percentage of the elder population were reported slightly steady with 20.67%, 25.32% in Germany and 14.89% in the UK.
At the end of the period, the age group made a tremendous change in 2030 with extremely balanced percentages, Germany made a huge change in digits with 30.42%. Nonetheless, Canada and the UK were gradually increased with 26.35% and 20.35%.
