The chart compares the number of five different kinds of transport were registered in a period from 2010 to 2014 in Australia.
It is clear that all kinds of vehicles increased over the whole period. In addition, the number of passenger vehicles was the highest in all three years while the figure for motorcycles had highest proportion of changing.
In 2010, there were 11800000 passenger vehicles which was followed by the figure of commercial vehicles at 2300000. After 4 years, 13000000 passenger vehicles were registered which increased moderately with 10.2%, whereas the figure for commercial vehicles rise 17.4% to 2700000.
Turning to three other types of transport, there was the most dramatic growth in the number of motorcycles with greatest percentage (30.8%) from 540000 in 2010 to 709000 in 2014. During the same period, the figure for heavy and light trucks were also increased, by 8.3% and 23.5%, respectively.
