People in your area are having problems with their internet connection. Write a letter to the company which provides the connection. In your letter,
• Describe the problem.
• Explain how that is affecting people.
• Say what the company should do to help.
Dear Sir or Madam,
I am writing to lodge a formal complaint regarding the slow internet connectivity in my area. In fact, there are more than fifty households, who have been facing this problem for two weeks. I contacted your customer care team but the problem has not been rectified until now.
Let me explain you in more detail. For the past couple of weeks, the internet connectivity had been intermittent, getting disconnected frequently. I restarted the modem multiple time but the issue seems to be elsewhere. Due to the poor connectivity of the internet, most people in my area are unable to watch online movies and live news. Moreover, home-working people are unable to perform their job related activities.
I would request you to send your technician to my residence immediately and arrange for an alternate broadband connection until the issue is resolved fully.
I hope to hearing from you soon with a prompt action.
Yours sincerely
Steve Johnson
