My name is Gohar yab Khan and studying Civil Engineering at UET Taxila. I am writing this letter to bring your
attention towards some problems our community are facing because of your bus service.
First of all, the buses are not following the timing schedule as per your give schedule. Secondly, the
drivers are overs peeding and confronting them results in altercation.
Time schedule is a concern for students as well as for office going people. I got late for my first class at
university on several occasions. Similarly, over speeding is a threat to the commuters pedestrians.
I would like you to look in the matters in order to ensure comfortable and pleasurable journey to your
passengers while maintaining your standard.
