. Why should solve the problems.
. How to solve the problems.

Dear Sir/Madam,
I am writing to complaint you about the parking problem which I am facing on daily basis, no matter I am coming to office or leaving on time.

Let me explain my situation in detail. The first and the foremost conundrum is no categorization of parking areas of vehicles such as two-wheelers and four-wheelers which is the primary reason for not having inadequate space for placing our cars. Secondly, I have also seen many outsiders are using our location without any permission.

I think you must have to solve this unacceptable situation because everyone is facing multifarious difficulties due to this. Though, we can left our costly vehicles on the road, yet I found those area already occupied by people. Moreover, this practice will surge the traffic and afterwards culminates in a mammoth difficulty to reach office on time.

Would you please take some action to resolve this? At first you should make rule to allow only authorised personnel to enter our parking slot. Secondly, slots are divided in category for every type of transport vehicle.

I hope you will consider my situation and do the needful as soon as possible.

Yours truly,
Vinod
