To begin with, I am farwah ahmad. I received my Master's in business administration. Before that, my undergraduate degree is in business administration as well. Besides, I have strong communication, interpersonal, and critical thinking skills.
Further to this, I have since worked in a private advertising firm as an advertiser. Where my main responsibilities were to make an effective brand strategy, to head a team of six members and give them innovative ideas to launch new products, to make creative advertisement for the new launch product, and to sell the product. Moreover, I believe in customer satisfaction so, and I have a strategy of think less like a manager and more as a consumer. To do this, I stay engaged with the consumers through feedback.
