Dear Sir,
I am John, from the band of brothers and i am writing to express my disappointment after receiving the letter from the community, that we will no longer be able to use the hall for rehearsals. I would request you to change the timings and days instead of cancelling the practice completely.
Let me explain our situation, we are a music group focusing on the betterment of community through spreading messages of peace and harmony through music. We do a lot of charity events thereby raising funds for the Springfield community. Our group has won awards from the local government for our contribution in the fight against drugs. As you know, Music has healing properties and it calms the senses. Music helps to rehabilitate people struggling with addiction to drugs.
However, if we are not supported by our community it will be difficult for us to continue the good work that we are doing for the service of humanity. I understand that there is some noise while playing music and it hinders with the evening mass at church opposite the building. Hence, I would request you to swap the timings and days instead of cancelling altogether. We are ok to practice on Monday's and Wednesday's instead of Tuesday and Friday evenings at the community hall.
Look forward to hearing a positive reply soon.
Yours faithfully,
John

Dear Jain
Dear Jain
I am Alice and a member of the music society Rock Five at YMC hall. I am writing this letter on behalf of my band members and would like to express my disappointment regarding a letter we received from the secretary council informing us that the community hall will no longer be available to use.
I would like to bring to your attention about our music band and its popularity. We are one of the internationally recognized music band and perform various group performances and live concerts in and around the country. As a group of young musicians, we primilary focus on music and lyrics that promote peace and inequality among mankind. We often participate in charity events and volunteer for social causes which helps the community . After a hectic day at work, most people gather at the community hall to spend time with friends and family to enjoy good music.
Upon receiving positive feedback from the social community, we would like to continue our practise sessions in the YMC hall. If possible, could you please provide us with alternative days and time for practise or we can shift our practise hours to the weekends.
Looking forward for a positive reply
Thanking You
Yours Sincerely
Alice
