Dear John,
I am writing this letter to inform you about the problems, I am facing due to the banyan tree in your courtyard.
The branches of the tree are so big, that they are covering more than half of my backyard. The leaves are falling here and there on the grass which are creating a lot of inconvenience for me. Sometimes, the wood from the bark also come along and once, it hit me , as i was standing in the area and my head started bleeding immediately. The debris also come inside my living area whenever the wind blows and it becomes very difficult for us to clean again and again.
It was not an bothering us before, but, since last year, it is creating a huge trouble for me and my family, as, now, the tree has become huge and no one is doing anything from your side.
This was ignored previously, as, no one was living at your place and now, you have came back, so, I want you to look into this issue. You should either cut down the branches a little, or, put some high fence around, so that they do not cover my space.
