Dear Sir or Madam,
I am writing a letter to notify you of my concerns about missing the new bank card which your bank sent me a letter to acknowledge receipt of a new bank card two days ago. However, I check the envelope carefully and find that no card was enclosed when I open it.
I have been maintaining a checking account with your bank last for 3 years. I requested a new silver debit card. I received the letter yesterday, nevertheless, I noticed that the card was missing. I am concerned about the whereabouts of the card. It might be misused if it goes to the wrong hand. Will the bank be responsible for it?
Therefore, I would like you to cancel and hold this card so no one else can use it, also issue me another card and take step so that it does not happen again.
I am looking forward to hearing from you.
Yours Faithfully,
Chris Wong
