You have travelled by plane last week and your suitcase was lost. You have still heard nothing from the airline company. Write to the airline and explain what happened. Describe your suitcase and tell them what was in it. Find out what they are going to d

Dear Sir or Madam,

I am writing this letter in concern of my dissatisfaction with your airline service. I was travelling on flight VIS087 from Delhi to Bangalore to attend a company seminar on 17th of February, with seat number A05.

When we reached the airport at 10.00 am, it was told us that our luggage could be collected from belt B5. I waited around the belt about forty-five minutes but my luggage was not there. In confusion I contacted one of your staff members then he said it should be there in a few minutes, but even after a few minutes I had no clue about it. When I asked again he said I have to register a complaint, if the luggage was misplaced. I got nervous because the next day I had my meeting and related documents were there with clothes in the luggage, it was of 12" in size, brown in colour and leather make. I asked for some prompt action but staff workers were not serious about it and this whole process took two more hours, finally, I registered a complaint with "CIRP456" number and I had to leave without my suitcase from the airport. Somehow managed my meeting too, but was not expecting this kind of irresponsible behaviour with a business class regular customer.

Kindly update me about the status of my complaint in revert of this mail. Also, Kindly confirm the process to receive it. You can connect me on my mentioned contact number which is registered with ticket booking.

Thank you for the anticipation in advance.

Yours Faithfully
