I am writing this letter to express my concerns regarding stay at one of your hostel where I stay in room 1302 at West Wing. To begin with, my room mate is a resident doctor who has working schedule of night duties and concomitant have to sleep during the day time.

Consequently, light needs to be out during the entire day which is frustrating as I am not able to work properly. Since, he is sleeping there has to be no or minimum sound making it further more troublesome to concentrate on get things done. As, term session are due to end in fort-night, I have to complete thesis report as soon as possible.

I would greatly appreciate if you could provide me another room preferably someone who is of same course as mine. In addition, to that I require a room where there is direct sunlight and the air-condition is in excellent condition as I prefer proper ventilation.

I am looking forward to hearing from you soon.
