You live in a room in college which you share with another student.
However, there are many problems with this arrangement and you find it
very difficult to work.
Write a letter to the accommodation officer at the college. In your letter
describe the situation
explain your problems and why it is difficult to work
say what kind of accommodation you would prefer
Dear sir,
I am writing this letter to inform you about the difficulties with the allocation of sharing room at our college premises. I would like to bring to your notice about these problems and it is really hard for me to do my work.
As you might already have idea about how the rooms are allocated and mine is number 49 and the roommate I got is very irritating and at times intolerable. he never maintains any neatness and comes late night.
when he does so he is disturbing my sleep, this impacts my everyday schedule to work and disturbances in sleep might affect my whole day. if i am disturbed at the beginning of the day my whole day would ruin.
I am wondering if you could help me with this, by changing me to other room where the person would have same timing as mine do. this would help me a lot coping up with my work and bring me peace.
Waiting for your positive response at the earliest
Yours sincerely,
Amaron.
