You live in a room in college which you share with another student. However, there are many problems with this arrangement and you find it very difficult to work.
Write a letter to the accommodation officer at the college. In the letter,
• describe the situation • explain your problems and why it is difficult to work • say what kind of accommodation you would prefer
Dear sir or madam,
I would like to draw your kind attention towards the problem which I am facing at the moment with my current roommate.
The situation has reached to that level where it has become unbearable for me to live anymore in this room.
Firstly, He often invites his friends usually at late night in the room and whenever they arrive they not only create the mess but also play the loud music on television and radio which often makes it next to impossible for me to study for my exams.
Finally, I would be grateful, if you can allot me a single or a shared room with another students who is calm and peaceful because it would allow me to prepare efficiently and effectively towards my exam.
I am looking forward to your reply.
Regards,
FaizalReza
