I am writing to appologize about an important appointment that I missed on 21th of July.
My name is Rahi Honarvar, and I have applied for immigration to Australia on August 2016. After completeing the application form and fullfilling the essential processes I could manage an interview with the immigration department of Australia wich was set for the 21th of July.
I am extremely sorry for not being able to show up on the mentioned date and I know that it could bring you some inconveniences.
As I mentioned in my application form, I am the residant of Mashhad which is located in North-East of Iran in the province of khorasan which is 900kms away from the capital city of Tehran in which the immigration office is located. I booked a flight to Tehran a day before my appointment with the migration department but unfortunately, due to the bad weather conditions all the flights were canceled and consequently I missed my appointment.
I would be grateful if you could set me another appointment. I am looking forward to your response.
