Dear Hotel Manager,
My name is John employed in a Multinational Organisation as a Software Engineer. Last week, to attend the annual conference in Melbourne my organisation organised one-night accommodation in your hotel for my stay. However, the purpose of this letter to express my dissatisfaction against the air conditioner installed in the hotel room# 13.
Initially, the air conditioner was not cooling the room properly, led to an uncomfortable stay and sleep. Consequently, informed receptionist about the cooling problem to find a rapid solution. Alternately, asked for the replacement of the room. Uncertainly all the rooms were occupied by the guests. At last, opened windows to overcome the problem and the temperature, which was completely disturbing.
Furthermore, please compensate for the full refund as an apology. In addition to this, inspect all the rooms weekly to ensure air conditioners are cooling.
I look forward to hearing from you concerning the refund.
Yours Faithfully,
John Moses
