Dear Mr,
I am Thomas Mark one of your part-time employees. I have started working in the designing department as mechanical engineer for two week. . I am writing this letter with regard to the problem that I have encountered in the company.
I am really fond of computer aided design. Designing industrial products is my dominant skill. As a master student in mechanical engineering, this part time job would be a precious opportunity for me regarding illustration of my ability and flourishing in my beloved major. On the other hand, the salary level is indeed satisfactory even though it is not a full-time work.
Everything was going on in the company until recent weeks. Unfortunately, some of my colleagues tend to set me up in the light of the fact that they are jealous of my ambition and success. Hence, they do not intend to have efficient collaboration with me in order to handling the agendas. As a matter of the fact, it would inevitably contribute to detrimental effect on the projects.
I would appreciate if you take effective action in case of informing them. Not only would they cause defects in their performance, but it would lead to delay in handling tasks. Thus, it would be wise if you warn them for this inconvenience.
I am looking forward to hearing from you in your earliest.
Yours sincerely
Thomas Mark
