Dear Sir,
I hope you are well. My name is Anne Hughes and I am a 2nd-year Computer Science major student at CSUF and currently residing 18F in Hamilton Hall. I am sharing the room with two other students. I like the room, however, there are some issues with it. To begin with, it is not spacious enough for three people, we keep on struggling to manage our belongings. Secondly, it is adjacent to the main hall where students play music and watch television till late at night, because of this my grades are suffering and I am not able to concentrate on studies. Lastly, ventilation and lightening is also an issue, there is no fresh air neither enough light which is affecting my health and eyesight. To resolve the issues I would like to request another room preferably more secluded, spacious, and with enough light and air.
I understand it is the middle of the semester and it is difficult to find an empty room. But I will appreciate if you can find me a room as soon as possible.
I will look forwarding hearing back from you soon.
Yours faithfully
Anne
