Dear John,
I am writing this letter in connection with my start day of working in your company because I have to back home to see my uncle who is having a serious disease, I am not able to start my work on November 15.
I am so glad I received the job offer which is the company that I have been dreaming about it since I graduated. The tough call from my hometown I got was made me depressed a lot. It is hard to believe my uncle is having such ill that I never know before so I told my parents I will go with on choice.
I understand the job is created this month and need some per-work to do so I am going to take a laptop with me, some of the job task you could send it to me and explain it in detail over email. I will come back immediately when my uncle is getting better.
Thank you for your understanding and I hope I could join the company as soon as I can.
Kind regards,
Joe
