Dear Sir or Madam,
I am writing to express my disappointment from my last experience with your restaurant when I invited my family to have dinner.
I have just gotten my graduate certificate, and I decided to go out with my family to celebrate this very special moment. When I made a spontaneous decision to go out, I could not have better choice than your nearby restaurant. It was amazed to a celebration with all family after the long and hard years of studying.
The restaurant was crowded, but you managed to find us a place for a large huge number of people. However, the ordered meals were not up to our expectation. Some were served cold, and the other were not well-done. We could not also complain instantly due to the non-availability of enough waiters.
I have passed a complain in writing into the complaint’s box. I would therefore request that you investigate this matter with your customer service department, and that you ensure it won`t be repeated from your chef. Similar complains would affect your restaurant reputation.
I look forward to the problem being resolved.
