Dear Sir,
I am writing this letter to complain about an HP computer monitor that I purchased from your store on Jun15th, reference number: 852345. This computer also has 2 years warranty.
I work from home as a computer engineer, hence it is mandatory for me to have a good quality of computer systems which is reliable and long-lasting. The monitor I purchased was working alright for some time, however, all of a sudden the display started to appear blurred abruptly. Also, the monitor is making an unusual sound which is worrisome. I also tried to restart the computer but it did not resolve the issue.
This is causing huge inconvenience to me as I am not able to save the work while I restart the computer. I am currently working on a high visibility project for my company and I have a deadline to deliver this project by the end of the week and I am afraid I will not be able to complete it as the monitor is not working properly. This is not only causing distress but also hampering my work.
I would really appreciate if you can replace the faulty monitor immediately or repair it since it is still under warranty. I can bring it to the store this evening or you can send an agent to pick it from my home.
Yours faithfully
Dave
