You work for an international company and would like to spend six months working in its head office in another country.Write a letter to your manager. In your letter• explain why you want to work in the company’s head office for six months.• Say how

Dear Mr Singh,

I am writing this letter to express my interest in working at our company's headquarter in Auckland for a short time.

Our company has launched new products which we have not started selling yet. As a manager of product department, it is my responsibility to get the detailed knowledge about the product . Hence, I would like to travel to Auckland to access information before the new item will be out in public so that these can be launched in our country soon. This is quite essential to enhance the profits of our branch.

During my absence, my assistant manager will do all job duties. I already discussed my travel plans and office work with him. He agree to cooperate. Rest assured that I will be available on phone if there is any emergency and I made him aware about the responsibilities. Therefore work of office will never be affected during my absence.

Finally, I would really need your support to get the approval of this business plan as I feel launching of new products will bring enormous benefits to us.

I look forward to a positive reply from you.

Yours sincerely,
Gurjeet kaur
