Dear Sir/Madam,
I am writing in connection with our booking of conference room at your esteemed conference centre. The booking is in the name of Khushbu Trivedi from Citibank for 15th November, 2020 between 10am to 4pm.
The topic for the training is communication skills and first impressions. It will be an interactive training and will involve several activities in between the session. The training will be divided into two sections of 3 hours each divided by a lunch break and two tea breaks.
For the training, a white-board with marker and a projector would be a main requirement. Apart from this, we would need some stationery like A4 papers, pens and pencils. We would also need some stools and chairs for mid-session activities.
When I came here for my booking, I was informed that the booking amount includes basic conference/ training stationary, tea and snack arrangements and a lunch buffet. Other than these, I would like to know what other facilities would be available at the conference centre.
I will look forward to hear from you.
Yours faithfully,
Kiran Naik
