Dear Sir/Madam,
I am writing this letter with reference to the advertisement given in a local newspaper yesterday by your hospital that they are looking for people who are willing to work without payment.
I am a Surgeon, currently working in Pristine hospital and have got very good experience of seven years in this field. I would like to help you because it is my childhood dream to serve needy people. In fact, this is only reason I chose to become a doctor.
Since, I am a Surgeon, it would be great to perform surgeries at your hospital for free as there are a slew of patients who are in desperate need of some or the operation but deplorably can not afford to get it done.
Although, my work schedule is extremely tight but I would be able to spare morning hours on weekends and on public holidays as well. If there is an emergency then I will try to make myself available as soon as possible but I can not promise to do it every time since it depends on my busy routine.
I am looking forward to your prompt reply.
Yours sincerely,
John
