Dear sir or madam,
I am writing to you in response to the advertisement published in the daily newspaper whereby you had asked people to help the hospital by doing unpaid work. I would like you to consider this letter as an expression of interest. Allow me to elaborate on other details.
I have been fortunate enough to be able to do charity work for people in all walks of life throughout my life till now. I take pride in offering myself to help other people who might benefit from my services. The reason why I love to do charity work is the feeling of satisfaction is given to be a reason for someone’s happiness at any point in time. As such, I am willing to give a little chunk of my time to your hospital as well. It is needless to mention that we both will be benefiting from the service to the hospital.
I can enumerate certain services that I have been giving in other places where I have done charity work. It will be my first engagement with a hospital to utilize my services. I have been giving my services to trafficked women to counsel them, children who have been a victim of abuse of any form and women who have faced any kind of trauma in their life etc. I feel that I can start from the lower end and slowly progress to greater heights. Thus, I feel that I can host gaming sessions like tombola, ludo and other board games etc. It will be a good experience for all the people and engage them in something new which will pass their time and make them happy.
If you feel that I can be of some help then I would be more than happy to join from next week as I am ending my engagement with another charity this Saturday as they are closing their gates forever. I am anticipating an early as well as a positive reply. Let me know if you need any other information.
Yours faithfully,
Brad Jason
