Hope you are doing good. I am writing this letter in response to your letter for expressing my apology about the noise from my apartment. I felt very embarrass after reading your letter that yesterday you had to suffer from this inconvenience.
Firstly, I would like to tell you that the top floor two room set was given to the MBBS students on rent by me and those pupils are pursuing their MBBS in the Baba farid university nearest to my house. Yesterday night one of the student celebrated his birthday party in the room and he invited some friends for this auspicious occasion. Having impartial investigated ,I came to know that they broken some outside window as well as cupboards and listened the songs at very high volume.
According to your complaint, I took a strict action the instructions have been given to them by me that if they will create any kind of problem next time then they can have to leave my house and the apology will not be acceptable again regard any noise problem.
Once again ,I am extremely sorry for this inconvenience and thanks for your patience on this matter.
