Your office building doesn't have parking available.
Write a letter to the manager. In your letter:
• Explain the problem
• Suggest a solution
• Say why parking will benefit all employees
Dear Sir,
I am writing this letter with respect to the requisition for a parking facility for our office building.
Due to the lack of parking space most of the employees who drives to office by their own vehicles are parking in front of the banyan tree which is next to our campus. After our office hours it becomes more difficult for everyone to drive out their cars or bikes suddenly from there due to congestion and at times the droppings of the birds pollute our vehicles which produces foul smell especially during rainy season.
It would be grateful if there is some place allocated for our employees near the newly built water falls so that the heavy traffic and tension could be avoided.
Crashing of vehicles shall be avoided if a separate space is given and employers could also be benefited by cutting down a part of salary from employees pay scale.
I am looking forward to hearing from you.
Thanking you
Yours Sincerely,
Teena
