The assigned pie charts show average proportions of sodium, saturated fat and added sugar in four typical meals that people consume in one day in the USA.

From an overall perspective, people consume too much nutrients at dinner, and sodium is the main reason should be blamed for that. Besides that, most added sugar that people consume from snacks.

It is clear that people in the USA consume familiar amounts of three nutrients at breakfast, all are around 16%. However, percentages of them vary a lot at snacks, while added sugar accounted for the majority proportion of snacks with a figure of 42%, sodium merely stands for 14%, which is 2 per cent lower when compared with saturated.

Moving to the two remaining items, nutrients that people consume at dinner are 3% higher than advising. sodium and saturated fat were main reasons that should be blamed for threatening people's health, to be more species, 43% in sodium and 37% in saturated fat. And added sugar account for 23% of that. After that, people consume at lunch saw familiar percentages in sodium and saturated fat, 29% and 26% respectively. Additionally, added sugar stood for 19% made it inferior.
