#6 If you could change one important thing about your hometown, what would you change? Use reasons and specific examples to support your answer.

I live in village of 20,000 population. There are many people of different religion, culture living peacefully. But when is comes to government related works, the government offices are less active they will get activated with bribe or with the support of political leaders. Its hard to finish your governmental work in time. If I have authority to change a thing about my village I would love to change the behavior of government workers.
For this change I need a proof that the officers are taking bribe or they are involved in bribery. Last year when I applied for the certificate of living in my village. It took 3 months to complete a process usually it should take maximum 1 week. With this process I missed the last date of scholarship form. Now I will not get scholarship for upcoming year. one of my friend gave the money he asked and she got her certificate in time. I could not give money he asked me. I badly needed scholarship for paying my college fees. After many request also he denied to help. On the name of fee officers tend to take more money. Many poor people fail to give this fee. They even do not know that these services are free and government is paying for them. Many cases of farm are pending due to this.
For common man its hard to get support of political leaders to get work done. so this option is not available for common man to finish his work. We need to find some other alternatives. It can be possible with the proof of bribery I will inform anti corruption department. They will surely look in this matter and they will transfer all officers regarding this and they will appoint someone new and active. This process will mock everyone working in offices and they will start to work regularly and sincerely.
This change is not easy because in case of corruption both parties are equally responsible one who takes and one who gives. I need to spread public awareness through road shows, Television and many other electronic media. If people will decide that they are going to give a single penny as bribe then officers will not dare to ask for the same.

---------------------
Better to have 5 paragraphs with 3 arguments. And try always support/against one side but compare two sides, like this:

para 1: introduction
para 2: reason 1. address both of the views presented for reason 1
para 3: reason 2. address both of the views presented for reason 2
para 4: reason 3. address both of the views presented for reason 3
para 5: conclusion.

So how to find out those reasons. There is a formula:

reasons == advantages or

reasons == disadvantages

for example, we can always apply 'save time', 'save/make money', 'find a job', 'make friends', 'get more information' as reasons to all essay/speaking topics.

or we can apply 'waste time', 'waste money', 'no job', 'make bad friends', 'get bad information' as reasons to all essay/speaking topics.
