Professors always were a core of all universities. Speaking personally, I suppose that investment of money in the professor’s salaries is important step to the improvement of the university in general. I will try to support my point of view by providing several examples.
In the first place, increasing salaries for professors will make them stay on the preferable positions and inspire them to work effectively. I suppose that money isn’t the most important motivator for professors to do their work well but I believe that univertities ought to pay well for the knowledge that this professor give to students. As an obvious example of that, I want to mention the new university which has been opened recently in the Russian Federation. The main policy of the university’s management was to provide the best education to the future students. For fulfiling this, they invited a lot of famous professors from all over Russia and provided them with housing and good salaries. In the light of above, I gather to say that this step, no doubts, took them a lot of labor and financies but, on the other hand, they straighten their educational system with the best brains in Russia.
Secondly, significant saleries is not only an attraction for young specialist but also one of the main indicator of university’s prestige. In other words, professors have valuable influece in education sphare and they are almost the most important people in the university’s structure. It isn’t a secret that most of the universities rankings take professors salaries as one of the indicator by which they decided what university is more prestigious. Of course, salaries also depend on university foundings, but I still support this idea, that universitites ought to provide comfortable enviroment to work process for the professors. In other words, they will be more concantrated on the job assignments and will not be bothered by the lack of finance.
to wrap up, quality of education depend on various indexes. However, the prestige of university is sum up from the number of talanted professors and students. Therefore, It is important to invest signifiant quantity of money to professor’s salaries.

Better to have 5 paragraphs with 3 arguments. And try always support/against one side but compare two sides, like this:
para 1: introduction
para 2: reason 1. address both of the views presented for reason 1
para 3: reason 2. address both of the views presented for reason 2
para 4: reason 3. address both of the views presented for reason 3
para 5: conclusion.
So how to find out those reasons. There is a formula:
reasons == advantages or
reasons == disadvantages
for example, we can always apply 'save time', 'save/make money', 'find a job', 'make friends', 'get more information' as reasons to all essay/speaking topics.
or we can apply 'waste time', 'waste money', 'no job', 'make bad friends', 'get bad information' as reasons to all essay/speaking topics.
