It is no secret that money is one of the prominent requirements in today 's life. One significant question in this regard is about salaries for university professors which has always engendered a heated debate among academicians. While some people believe that the qualification of professor merely depends on their tendency to this work not salary, I hold the opposite perspective. I think it is obvious that salary has marked effects on every job thus it influences the professor's job too. Ensuing paragraphs will elaborate on my point of view through some pivotal reasons.
To begin with, providing a satisfaction economical situation in the societies essential to meet the needs like food, house and other parts of life. The professor should have a well-paid salary, as a result, they can get release of economic stresses. In this way, they will concentrate on their job rather than finding another job to achieve more money. In the recent survey in this regard in my country, students of different universities were asked about their professor behavior and how much time they spend to help their student in academic materials. The professors of the universities which provide more salaries were more interested in academic work and spend more time with their student. This clearly shows how salaries can have influence on the efficiency of universities.
Second, one considerable factor which is obviously considered in choosing a career is salary. Smart and qualified students at graduated degree pay attention to different aspects of their future job especially salary beside other important factors. Unsatisfying salary will discourage most of the smart students even if they are interested in this job. As a result, future professors would not be intelligent enough to improve the quality of education. For instance, when we were at university the most prosperous students did not want to be a professor and they mention low salary as the cause.
To conclude, professors affect directly or indirectly on students future life and career. They should have a satisfying salary, therefore, they will be just involved in their academic works. Besides, high salary for this position will attract intelligent student, thus, they will become successful professors in the future. I suggest that this job should be one of the most satsifying job in the society espicialy their salaries should be lucrative.

Better to have 5 paragraphs with 3 arguments. And try always support/against one side but compare two sides, like this:
para 1: introduction
para 2: reason 1. address both of the views presented for reason 1
para 3: reason 2. address both of the views presented for reason 2
para 4: reason 3. address both of the views presented for reason 3
para 5: conclusion.
So how to find out those reasons. There is a formula:
reasons == advantages or
reasons == disadvantages
for example, we can always apply 'save time', 'save/make money', 'find a job', 'make friends', 'get more information' as reasons to all essay/speaking topics.
or we can apply 'waste time', 'waste money', 'no job', 'make bad friends', 'get bad information' as reasons to all essay/speaking topics.
