In this set of materials, the writer and the lecturer are discussing the influences of American Elections at 1812. They are largely discordant with each other while the writer offers that president Clay has heroic figure in American History other claims that he is known many of drawbacks which he did during presidential mission. Firstly, President Clay used laws subjective aim which includes serious results. For instance, his friend was elected by clay that is moral risk to the community.To pass The Chief Executive law, he enforce to congress.He used constitutional laws for own benefits,although he is a fame president and general in the past times. He has strengthened power via laws and not give an equal executive.

Secondly, he is known with bad fame among The American Indians,because American forces kill hundreds of Creek Indians in the battle. Moreover, he forced to removal Cherooke Indians from their land,cause of natural sources. This behaviour oppose the real human acts that in our time. In the Clay time, big part of the community believe in Clay whatever he want to do it. So, he get to force over Indian tribes that are known peaceful people. But, sources more important than humanity for Clay.

To sum up, books include different story about Clays, he has known a historical figure American History. The boos portrayed powerful, respectful and hero, these are common features. Especially, lecturer point out Clay’s need to limitless power and responsibility face to laws in order to use own benefits.
