Firstly, the article asserts that people should apply more one-way glass in their buildings that birds cannot see in. However, the speaker argues that one-way glass can reflect outside such as a mirror that birds think this is sky or trees and try to fly through it. So this solution is not effective.
Secondly, in the passage section bring another solution that paints colorful lines can be effective that birds avoid it, people can use this design in their windows. On the contrary, the lecturer believes that this design will bring some problems such as darkness of the rooms the rooms and also birds try to fly into them due to this paints are actually small and birds cannot distinguish them.
