Lecture disagrees with points made in reading about the fact that dinasours are endotherm. She rejected all reasons which have been brought by reading one by one in order to prove that dinasours are not endotherm.
First, lecture claims that when dinasours live in polar areas these places are not cold as current time as. So we can not conclude that dinasours maintained their temperature because of finding fossils in these locations. Furthermore they could migrate when the weather is cold or could hibernate such as the other reptiles.
Secondly, lecture illustrates the other function of legs and contests with the connection between endothermy and position of legs. Legs of dinasours are underneath of their body in order to handle their heaviness and high weight instead of running subject.
In other point, although dinasours had Harversian canals but it does not mean that they are endothermy. Because there are evidences about growth ring in their body which show they had priods of growing not rapidly. Hence the reasons about this canals and its relationship with endothermy has been denied with lecturer by presenting some disproof facts.
In conclusion, lecture does not accept reading's philosophy about dinasours could regulate their body's heat and she presents some negative rejection instances.
