The passage mainly discusses the factors which bred to little ice age in the past. However, the professor disagrees with the atricle explanation and refutes all of the reasons. In the folowing, the resons will be represented.

Firstly, the lecturer states the gulf stream pattern was affected only in some limited places such as Europe and the U.S. But, in the southern regions such as Newzealand the effect of the gulf stream has not existed. These expressions are in compelete contradictn with the text which represents the melting of the pole ice distrupted the ocean curents.

Secondly, the ptofessor mentions that volcanic eruption put a lot of dust into the air. This dust breed some visual effects like colorful sunset or percipitation of brown snow. However, the effect of volcanic eruption was not significant to be culminated to markedly temperature reduction. On the other hand, the article describes the volcanic eruption as a key factor in reducing the amount of the reciveing radiation heat by earth and the fall of the temperature.

Thirdly, the lecturer says that it was not enough time in the period which carbon dioxide was low that leads to a temperature drop. Actually, after a short time people starts to cut down the tree and the amount of cabon dioxide went down. However, the text is opposed the professor and mentions that the reduction in population indirectly influenced the temperature fall.
