The author and lecturer offer two opposing views on the accuracy of reveal materials in the T.rex's leg bone. While the reading part lists some clues as possible explanations for these substances to be remain of soft tissue, the professor counters these specific points and presents some evidence to call into the questions for the information in the text.

First of all, the article mentions to the small branching channels and inside the bone which contains a soft, flexible organic substance as the indicator of blood vessels' remains. However, the instructor refutes this fact. As he asserts, after the death, the bacteria colonized in the hollow, and these soft tissues are the relic of these bacteria in the hollow. That is how the lecturer casts doubt on the accuracy of the claim.

Next, the passage posits to the existence of spheres which could be the remains of red blood cells. On the contrary, the lecturer states that primitive animals do not possess the red blood cell. Besides, other animals excavated in this side possess this dark red center. As a result, these red centers can be caused be the reddish mineral rather than the iron.

Finally, meanwhile, the reading part assumes that the dinosaur leg bone contains collagen; the professor rebuts the validity of this surmise. Based on his assertion, the collagen is resistance just for 1000 thousand years; however, this bone is aged about seventy million years, which is a long span for the collagen to survive. In addition, the professor assumes that the collagen belongs to the other recent sources. For instance, it could be the collagen of researcher's skin who hold the bone by hand.

All in all, that is how the instructor challenges the validity these claims named in the article.
