1. remember fluency doesn't mean 'quickly'. It means 'no mistakes'. When you try to speak quickly, it will have mistakes. talk normally like before.
2. it better to talk less than 45 seconds. 40-45 seconds are OK. when you talk more, you make more mistakes.
