i will try to avoid
i will try to avoid repetition.. question .. how i decrease the time needed to reach a perfect answer ?? bcuz right now it takes me about 15 minutes and too many recordings to get a good answer .. do i have to stick to a timer?? even though i know that 15 sec. will not be enough for me ??
i have a problem in finding reasons then i try to add more words when i record and find out that i finish too early ... so do you have any suggestions ??

Answer 1: Yes, you better put a timer or clock beside you and prepare in 15 seconds. Send the first recording to us not the best one, so we can find your flaws better. It is not easy at the beginning, but practice more, you will get used to it and answer quickly.

reasons == advantages or
reasons == disadvantages
Basically, when we see a topic, we have at least one idea/reason immediately in mind, suppose we got lost for another reason, there is a tip for running out of thoughts. We can apply 'save time', 'save/make money', 'find a job', 'make friends', 'get more information' as reasons to all speaking topics.
