A sample Answer to this speaking in text:
I think a good team member should have a proper sense of team spirit, in other words, they should be highly corporative. Well, we work on a daily basis with other people in class assignment and stuff like that. It is sometimes impossible to achieve something totally on you own. And when we work in-group, it is no longer about how good a single person can be; rather it is about how well the group can work together. In the case of the opening ceremony of 2012 London Olympic, it is the ultimate end product of the staff and volunteers rather than the effort of a superb individual. I guess that says loads on this topic than any plain word.
