at least one extra
at least one extra reproductive cycle means obviously Two reproductive cycle.
is not same meaning?
No, we didn't hear that there
No, we didn't hear that there is only one cycle. Maybe there are 3-4 cycles. Even there is only cycle in real life, we can't say in the speaking that there will be two cycles. We can only say what we heard. This is one of your big issues. You like to refer something new or you think are correct and apply to speaking. That's wrong.
TOEFL exam is actually for high school students applying colleges. we should not make it complicated.
thank you for explanation.

It is not 'two re-product cycle', but 'at least one extra re-product cycle'. Maybe 3-4 cycles. Don't refer something new. What we heard is what we should talk about.
