Have a little pause between sentences and be more clear.

I know what you mean.. I am trying to correct my defects although is not easy..My problem is that, sometimes I pause too much or I speak too slow, and other times I speak probably even too fast and as a result my pronunciation sucks.
However, in some speaking recordings I feel confident and many ideas come to me, in other cases it takes me a lot of time to say something worthwhile..
