Dear Manager,
I am an employee of your company working in the marketing section, I am writing to formally complaint about few of my colleagues demerits that is not only affecting my performance but also the reputation of this company.
I have been associated with this prestigious company since five years, presently I am working on a significant project that is extremely important for the upliftment of our company. We are a team of twenty members, most of us are working diligently but i am feeling deplorable to mention that some of the members are quite ignorant and irresponsible which caused to many flaws in the final presentation report. Though, we still managed to convince the client but I am afraid that it may lead to some other major issue, which is just not my concern, but also makes my other responsible worrisome.
Furthermore, they are always late for the meetings and walks out of the office early, it is threatening to the given time line to finish this task. Hence, all the other members of the group have decided to raise this issue as it is difficult for everyone to work with them. Although, most of them are working hard but if we fail to achieve our targets then all will be held responsible which will not be fair.
Hence, I would like to suggest that an immediate warning letter should be issued to all of them and also they should be asked to mark the attendance in the register kept on your table in front of you. This will not only ensure their presence on time but will also make them responsible towards their duty.
