The diagram below shows the steps in the process of manufacturing yogurt.
The diagram illustrates the process of manufacturing yogurt, from milk to yogurt, which we can buy in each supermarket. As we can see, there are several steps in order to elaborate the original product.
First of all, milk is put in a container and for thirty minutes it is heated and warmed with a temperature of 90° Celsius, if time was longer, yogurt becomes thicker. Next, temperature falls sharply until 44° Celsius and the mixture is cooled. The third step corresponds with the merging of product with yogurt starter and live bacteria. Then, temperature decrease slightly at 37° Celsius and product stays with that temperature for four hours.
At this point, product stays at cold temperature in a fridge for a while, and then, white yogurt is mixed with different fruit and sugar. The last step is the transportation of final product to shops to be sold, but before yogurt is divided in different packages.
As it is shown in the diagram, there are totally seven steps to manufacture yogurt.

Methods involved in manufacturing of Yogurt.
The above diagram illustrated the step by step method of synthesis of yougurt. It mainly involves seven steps. Things needed are milk, starter culture, sugar, fruits to taste, apart from fridge and thermometer.
To start with , milk is heated to 90 degrees.we need to note that more the duration of this step better is the consistency of our product. Unlike the first step, next step is of cooling , wherein milk is allowed to cool to a temperature of around 44 degrees followed by an important step of adding the starter culture. This step is the heart of the process and maintains proper physiological temperature is a priorit. It is this step where the live bacteria curdles the milk to curd by a biological reaction. The temperature subsequently starts to fall down , at this point the product is subjected to refrigeration followed by adding the sugar and flavour to taste. Lastly the product is poured into the containers and transported to desired places.
One should be very careful with the temperature control as we can see at every step temperature has a different role to play.
